Before you fly off on your Summer holiday, just check your e111 card is still in date, if you are travelling to Europe that is. Officially it's now called the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) and entitles the holder to access state-provided medical treatment within the country you are visiting. You can renew or apply online by going to http://e111.org.uk
Don't forget to buy enough sun screen for the duration of your stay, and avoid the hottest part of the day (12-2) for the first couple of days.
Cancel the papers/milk.
